tidy room inclusive drinks rude reception unwelcoming staff

The room was clean and tidy. The all-inclusive drinks and food were a good choice.

The reception staff were VERY rude and unwelcoming. Check-in took 25 minutes. Then, when I got to the room, the key card did not work, so I had to walk all the way back. The staff seemed clueless about the hotel.

robotic staff poor lighting

the hotel offered good size rooms and decent facilities.

The staff seemed robotic. No one smiled or made conversation. the room lighting was poor and the beds were singles pushed together, causing back and neck ache after a few nights.. the buffet food options were limited and of substandard quality, resembling a canteen rather than a 5-star dining experience.

lovely grounds clean rooms excellent breakfast friendly staff impossible reception noisy restaurant

the grounds were lovely. the rooms were spacious and clean. i found the breakfast excellent. the staff was also friendly.

calling the reception from the room was impossible. many things were "under maintenance". the restaurant room was huge and very noisy. this was inconvenient.

The breakfast buffet included many choices. The food quality seemed high. The train to the beach was a nice perk. The underground parking was convenient.

The kids club seemed to conduct activities only in Portuguese.
